Adriana Daza is an expert in gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, with over 14 years of experience leading multisectoral projects in the public, private, and international cooperation sectors.

She has designed and implemented programs, diagnostics, and IDI policies for public and private institutions as well as international organizations and startups, excelling at building strategic alliances and generating sustainable social impact.

Adriana’s strong international educational background (Georgetown, Wharton, University of Chile), fluency in English and Spanish, and her leadership have influenced the design of public policy, capacity building in financial inclusion, open innovation, and equity.
