Silvia Salinas is a Bolivian anthropologist, senior consultant, and a global reference in gender equality, inclusion, and intersectional approaches, with over 100 consultancies for international organizations.

She has spearheaded strategic transformation processes, capacity development, and evaluation projects in more than 20 countries, collaborating with UN Women, UNICEF, UNDP, among others.

At catalytic-A, her leadership drives innovative, people-centered solutions and organizational adaptation in complex environments, fostering a culture of equity, diversity, and purpose.

Silvia is renowned for her strategic vision, methodological excellence, and commitment to sustainable development and nonviolence.
